In case you haven’t heard, “SOCIAL MEDIA’s a BIG DEAL!”  You’d know this even if you’ve been stuck in a monastery for the last decade – the monks at the last monastery I stayed at had blogs, RSS feeds, and Flikr accounts.  Or if you read Jeff Reeder’s article, “Developing a Social Media Plan: Make the most of interactive technologies,” in the April 2010 edition of Staffing Industry Review.
